Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Pasifika Psychology Hub (“we”, “us”) is operated by Pasifika Psychology Hub, an independent project based in Australia. We respect your privacy, and we know that mental health and wellbeing information is sensitive.

What we collect

The free tools on this site (quiz, Fonofale check-in, breathing and others) run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us. Some tools may remember your choices on your own device using local browser storage, which you can clear at any time.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use anything you write in the tools to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the hub: Payhip (sales and delivery), Stripe and PayPal (payments, through Payhip), Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding), and your own email provider if you contact us. These providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We ask that they protect it appropriately.

Keeping it safe, and how long we keep it

We use reputable services with security protections. No online system is perfectly secure. We keep purchase records as long as the law requires, and email addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing hello@pasifikapsychologyhub.com. If you are not happy with how we handle a concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or, in New Zealand, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

Children and young people

The hub is intended for adults, parents and carers, and some resources are suitable for young people to use with a trusted adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
