Terms of use and refund policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

1. About these terms

By using pasifikapsychologyhub.com or buying our products, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Pasifika Psychology Hub.

2. Educational use only

Everything on this site, including guides, workbooks, worksheets and tools, is for education and self-reflection. It is not therapy, medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not an emergency service. It does not create a therapist–client relationship. If you are struggling, please see a doctor or qualified professional. In an emergency call 000 (Australia) or 111 (New Zealand).

3. Cultural content

The Pacific includes many nations, languages and customs. Our resources reflect some frameworks and practices, and cannot speak for every community. Please adapt anything to your own family and culture, and tell us about corrections.

4. Buying digital products

5. Refunds

If a file is faulty, does not download, or is significantly different from how we described it, email hello@pasifikapsychologyhub.com within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If you are in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act may also apply.

6. Intellectual property

All content, illustrations and designs are owned by Pasifika Psychology Hub unless stated. Frameworks such as the Fonofale model belong to their originators, and we credit them in our resources.

7. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the resources. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Questions: hello@pasifikapsychologyhub.com. Governing law: Australia.

If you are in crisis or immediate danger, call 000 (Australia) or 111 (New Zealand). Lifeline 13 11 14 (Australia). Call or text 1737 (New Zealand).
